Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship all non-perishable items within 1–2 business days after an order is placed. Perishable and temperature-sensitive items are shipped through expedited cold-chain delivery within 24 hours after an order is placed, and tracking is provided for every order. We guarantee delivery windows for all perishable orders; if a delivery is missed or a perishable item arrives compromised because of a shipping delay, we will issue a full refund or provide a free replacement at no cost to you.
